Our eAdvisory service offering provides our clients with the ability to review various aspects of their eBusiness strategies. Pittsburgh Solutions will provide eBusiness statistical industry research, architecture assessments, project reviews, vision realignment, and strategy reviews. Additionally, Pittsburgh Solutions uses a four step process for these advisory services.

Discovery

During the discovery stage a thorough analysis of the current strategies, architectures, priorities, and progress is compiled. Industry and statistical research is conducted, if appropriate.

Benchmark

This phase takes current strategies and reviews “best practice” models and industry trends to determine the potential longevity of an approach and/or solution.

Alignment

The alignment phase requires reviewing all current state and benchmark findings to identify gaps in current thinking. In addition, our “best practice” industry models, frameworks and templates are used to identify what needs to be realigned in the current business model.

Recommendation

The final phase reviews and prioritizes all gaps and identifies recommendations for corrective actions or realignment. In this phase, a practical implementation plan is delivered.
